In The Server Labs, we realise that together with our clients, our staff is our most important asset. Each member of The Server Labs is key in the organisation, and plays several important roles, specially now, when the company is still young and growing.

We work every day to build solid teams of happy employees. Achieving this is a day-to-day effort, by consolidating the following principles within the organisation:  

Focus on career development: We care for our employees in what we think it is key nowadays, and especially in the technology sector: our staff’s careers. More competition, technology and companies in constant change, require capable and trained employees. We know that you are aware of that, and you care about your development. Plus being ahead in technology is one of The Server Labs value proposals. We have a yearly budget for employees to attend conferences or get relevant training.

Flat and open organization: No middle management, but teams of capable and well-trained employees. You will have high-level responsibilities (lots of work too!), and you will be part of the decision making process. We will have periodic meetings together to discuss company issues, strategy and sales. This way, everybody will be able to understand how projects and your work impact the company as a whole.

Let´s face it, working from the beach or the mountains is much nicer!. Needless to say, for personal reasons, like children care, etc.
